Both by Studio Ghibli. A lot of the same nature-typed themes are involved. Both were a joy to watch
Both anime are animated by Studio Ghibli. The genres are adventure and supernatural. The artwork is excellent and several interesting elements match perfectly, such as the nature-based story. For those who love fantasy, Hayao Miyazaki's art style, and storytelling, this is the best combination of the two anime. The most similar aspect is the mysterious events that occur in both anime.
